Volunteers needed; Can you help out for a few hours per week?

Volunteers play an essential part in the running of Accommodation Concern, and we express our thanks to each and every one of them, but we are always on the lookout for extra support.

Roles include:

  1. Sorting donations and keeping stocks up to date.
  2. Feedback Volunteers to contact former clients to obtain feedback on the service that they received whilst being supported by us.
  3. Office Volunteers to assist with administration duties, including answering phones and assisting with general office work.
  4. Social Media Co-ordinator to help manage our social media platforms.
  5. Fundraising Volunteers to help plan and organise events.
  6. Budget Coach Volunteers to support clients on a 1-1 basis with managing their finances.
  7. Budgeting Workshop Volunteers to deliver workshops to members of the community on how to provide budgeting support and advice.
  8. Trustees to help oversee the charity. We are specifically looking for people with marketing, project management and strategy skills, but are open to other skillsets.

Full training will be given for any of the above roles.
