Hours of work 37.5 hours per week
Salary £26,500 - £30,000 (dependant on experience)
Holiday entitlement 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
Based at Various sites across North Northamptonshire
Accountable to Operations Director
Direct reports Tenancy Support Workers

About the Role

As a Tenancy Support Team Leader, you will:

  • Provide inspirational leadership to the Tenancy Support team, fostering a culture of empowerment, innovation, and high performance
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of our Supported Accommodation and tenancy services, ensuring a trauma-informed and person-centred approach
  • Lead on service growth and the development of sustainable tenancies, promoting community integration and independence for our clients
  • Support staff through supervision, coaching, and professional development while creating a positive and resilient team culture
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to drive strategic goals, develop partnerships, and enhance service delivery
  • Carry a small caseload, delivering intensive support to clients with complex needs

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a strong, adaptable leader with:

  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering results under pressure
  • A deep understanding of complex needs, including mental health, substance misuse, and homelessness
  • Knowledge of the Housing First model and a commitment to its principles
  • Exceptional relationship-building, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • The ability to inspire and lead through change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • A flexible, resilient, and proactive approach, with a sense of humour and a commitment to learning

Essential Requirements

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Relevant IT skills and experience with case management systems
  • Experience of supporting people with complex needs (Drug, Alcohol & Mental health)
  • Proven ability to lead teams through change, maintain motivation, and deliver results under pressure
