Accommodation Concern is a registered charity based in Kettering, delivering services across both North & West. Its core purpose is to prevent and relieve homelessness and poverty, through the provision of:

Personalised advice and support
Empowering people in supported accommodation
Providing training and education in our communities
Working collaboratively with other organisations to become a trusted delivery partner

Our advice is free and impartial.

Our advice services hold the Advice Quality Standard in Housing, Debt and Welfare Benefit.

Our debt service is registered with the FCA (FRN 923970)

In 2024 we:

Distributed 693 food parcels worth £28,239.00 and 488 Charity Applications (including vouchers issued) worth £111,572.99

Helped to write off £1,099,287.34 in debt (including Debt Relief Orders)

Helped 2828 people with 5052 issues

Achieved £4,068,802.35 in financial gains for our clients across all sources

Gave 62 people their own bedroom and offered regular support. 22 people successfully moved into living independently.

Claimed £2,702,606.94 in benefits for clients.
