September sees the launch of the new modernised Accommodation Concern

We had hoped to welcome you to our updated modern, fit for purpose office to see the updated Accommodation Concern in September. Sadly COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines has meant that we will have to put our welcoming committee on standby for the time being. We look forward to inviting you all to the new offices as soon as it is practical. With support from Lloyds Community Foundation we have been quietly working away, in the background at modernising our image branding.

During February and March we undertook a consultation asking more than 50 people accessing our service their views about our branding, image and how they saw Accommodation Concern. We held a workshop with our volunteers, residents, staff and trustees to consider what we too, thought of this organisation we are part of.

94% of people said they would recommend us to a friend, although over 75% said our logo needed updating.

We have taken time to revisit our branding as a whole and this month sees the launch of our new modernised look. This includes a refreshed logo and a brand new website.

The new Accommodation Concern website, has been designed in conjunction with KR Design, which has taken the time to understand our organisation and the services we provide. We feel our new website shows visitors what we do, what services we provide and how you can access them and contact us. We hope you will find everything you need easily, but we’re all ears and are ready to listen to any feedback if you so wish!
