Coronavirus (COVID-19) statement

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic we are operating differently.

We are checking our answerphone messages at least once an hour during office hours (9am - 5 pm). We aim to respond to your message the same day.

We can provide our support via phone, FaceTime, Zoom WhatsApp video call or Face to Face dependent on which is identified as the best for us both.

Housing & Benefit Advice

We are still able to support with eviction paperwork, benefit issues, PIP claims etc.

Drop-in sessions

Our drop-in sessions are no longer running but you can get advice about your housing and benefits issues on Telephone Number: 01536 416560 and leave us a message. We are providing face to face appointments where there is no other viable option.

Food parcels

Food parcels are still available. Once you have been assessed they will be delivered to you in partnership with Rotary Club of Kettering Huxloe. Please call and leave a message requesting a call back.

Rough sleeper Outreach workers

Our dedicated rough sleeper Outreach workers are still out and about trying to engage with those who are rough sleeping. If you see a person sleeping in the streets around Kettering, please contact us on 01536 416560 and leave us a message. We are also supporting those who were rough sleeping and have been housed by KBC as part of the governments ‘Everyone In’ programme.

Supported Accommodation

Our Supported Accommodation is still open, but currently full. If you would like to know more or make a referral to our waiting list, please contact us.

We are always looking for more properties to grow this scheme, if you are a landlord with a property to rent and want to make a difference to your local community we would love to chat more to you about the package we can offer you.

Like all charities we are in need of funds to help us continue with our work to support and feed those most in need at this time.
